Make sure both the console and the controller are powered on. Hold the sync button on the console and then on the controller. Voilà!

Easy peasy! Press the sync button on your Xbox Series X (tiny button next to the USB port) and the sync button on your controller (top near the LB button). Boom, connected!

Hey there! Just hold down the sync button on the top of the controller until the Xbox button flashes, then press the sync button on the console. They'll find each other like magic!
