Nope, Xbox Game Pass games are exclusive to the Xbox app or Microsoft Store. Steam is a whole different ecosystem.

From personal experience, you can play games from Xbox Game Pass just fine by using the Xbox app on your PC. Steam and Xbox Game Pass aren't integrated, but you can use both separately without any issues!
