You can't connect it directly via Bluetooth. A workaround is connecting a Bluetooth transmitter to the optical or AUX output from your TV.

Sadly, Xbox One lacks Bluetooth support for speakers. Try using a Bluetooth transmitter plugged into the controller's headphone jack as an alternative.
