You can connect your Xbox Series S to speakers using the optical audio out port or the HDMI port. If your speakers support optical input, just use an optical cable to connect them. Otherwise, use an HDMI audio extractor to split the audio from the HDMI output!

Simplest way? Hook it up via HDMI to a TV or monitor that has an audio out port. Use that to connect to your speakers.
