Had the same issue. Make sure your router supports 5GHz and is broadcasting it. Then just select it from the list in the network settings on your Xbox.

Honestly, 5GHz WiFi is overrated. Just stick with wired for a more stable connection.

Super easy! Just go to Settings > Network > Set up wireless network. Pick your 5GHz network, enter the password, and you're all set!
