Easy peasy! Download the PlayStation App from your app store. Open it, sign in with your PSN ID, and make sure your phone and PS4 are on the same network. Tap 'Connect to PS4' and follow the prompts. Done!

Just install the PlayStation App, log in, and ensure both devices are on the same Wi-Fi. Go to 'Connect to PS4' and follow instructions. Took me 5 minutes tops!
