Easy peasy! Connect your PS4 controller to your PS3 using a USB cable. You'll have to navigate to the Accessory Settings menu on your PS3 and select 'Manage Bluetooth Devices' to pair it wirelessly afterwards.

Just plug the PS4 controller into the PS3 with a USB cable to start. It should recognize it right away, but you鈥檒l have limited features like no Sixaxis motion support.

Why would you want to do that? Just use a PS3 controller on your PS3.

Been there, done that! I simply plugged in the USB cable, and the PS4 controller worked like a charm on my PS3. Just note that some features won't be available.

If you're a PlayStation player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official PlayStation gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
