Sometimes your firewall might be the culprit. Check and make sure it鈥檚 not blocking the connection.
Just go to Settings, clear your download cache and it should fix the issue. Had this problem before and it worked for me!
Honestly, just give it some time. Sometimes the servers are just having a bad day.
