How to Consume a Life Crystal in Terraria
Easy peasy! Just make sure you've got a Life Crystal in your inventory. Then, open your inventory, select the Life Crystal, and left-click to use it, if you're on PC. Console and mobile players, use the game's action button instead. Your max health will jump up by 20 HP. Just make sure you've got room for that extra health boost—can't go over the 400 HP limit without certain items!

Honestly, I wouldn't rush using them all at once. Space it out, enjoy the game, and don't make it too easy on yourself. Adds a bit of a challenge, ya know?
