Best way? Hit 'em up on Twitter! The official Apex Legends account (@PlayApex) is pretty active. They might not reply to every tweet, but they do notice. For more serious stuff, there's a 'Contact Us' section on the EA website. Navigate through the support page for Apex Legends. Takes a bit of clicking, but you'll find a way to send a message or report an issue.
Email might seem old school, but it gets the job done. Look for the 'Help' or 'Support' section on the Apex Legends website. They've got a contact form there last time I checked. Fill it out, detail your issue, and send it off. Just be patient, they get tons of emails.
EA's forums are actually a goldmine for this. Post your issue there, and either community members or devs will chime in. Plus, you get to see if others are having the same problem. Not a direct line to the devs, but often just as effective.
