Sadly, you can't directly convert a season file to a franchise in MLB The Show. You'll have to start a new franchise and manually set it up to match your season's progress.

Just start a new franchise and mimic your season settings. Not ideal, but that's the game for ya!

I tried this too, but you'll have to manually do it. Annoying, but gives you a fresh start in franchise mode!

Yeah, no direct way to do it in the game. Best bet is to recreate your season within the franchise mode. Tedious but worth it!
