Just go to your Terraria worlds folder and copy-paste the world file. Easy peasy.
Copying a world in Terraria is pretty straightforward if you're not afraid to dive into your game files! Just find your Terraria worlds folder (usually located in 'Documents\My Games\Terraria\Worlds' on Windows). Once there, just copy the world file you want (it'll end in .wld) and paste it back into the same folder or a backup location. Rename it if you wish, so you know which one's the copy. Just like that, you've cloned your Terraria world!
