Super easy! Just press the Xbox button to open the guide, select 'Messages' or any app where you want to paste, then press 'A' to open the text box. Highlight the text you want to copy by holding down the left trigger and using the left stick to select the text. Press the 'Menu' button (the three lines), then select 'Copy'. Go to where you want to paste it and press 'Menu' again, then select 'Paste'. Voila!
