You can't actually 'copy and paste' outfits in Roblox. You have to manually recreate them by finding and equipping the same clothes and accessories the original outfit had.
Easiest way is to take a screenshot of the outfit, upload it to your game assets, and equip it from there. Done and done!
From my experience, just take a good look at the outfit and note down the pieces. Then search for them in the Roblox catalog and add them to your avatar one by one. Ta-da, outfit copied!
