I usually screenshot the post and then use an OCR (Optical Character Recognition) app to extract the text. Works like a charm!
Open Instagram on a computer browser, highlight the caption, right-click, and hit 'Copy.' Simple as that!
You can't directly copy from the Instagram app, but here's a workaround: Open Instagram in a web browser, highlight the text you want, and copy it as you would any other text.
