Easy peasy! Plug your USB into the PS3, open up MultiMAN, go to File Manager, and locate your game folder on the USB. Copy the folder and paste it into your 'GAMES' directory on your PS3. Boom, you're done!

Plug in your USB, open MultiMAN, find your game on the USB, and copy it to the internal HDD under 'dev_hdd0/GAMES'. Simple as that!

I've done this loads of times. Connect your USB, launch MultiMAN, navigate to your game, press 'Circle' to bring up the context menu, and select 'Copy'. Then go to 'dev_hdd0/GAMES' and paste it there.

Tbh, if you can't find the 'GAMES' folder in MultiMAN, just create it under 'dev_hdd0' and you're good to go!
