Been there, done that! Just made a copy by right-clicking each song to add it to a new playlist. Works like a charm!
Easy peasy! Just open the playlist you love, select all the songs (Ctrl+A on Windows, Command+A on Mac), then right-click and choose 'Add to Playlist', creating a new one. Voilà, your very own copy!
You can't copy playlists directly, but creating a new one and adding all songs manually is a quick workaround.
