Hey! To copy Xbox 360 games to a USB flash drive, simply format the drive for Xbox use from the dashboard, then go to 'System Settings' -> 'Storage' -> 'Hard Drive' and choose the game you want to move. Select 'Copy' and choose your USB drive as the destination!
