Timing is everything! When you see a grab coming, press the punch button (L1 or LB) just as they grab to tech it.

You can break the grab by pressing the same throw button they used. It's all about predicting their move. Good luck!

Honestly, just stay out of grab range and use fast pokes or jump attacks to keep them at bay. Problem solved!

I find it best to mix up my gameplay. If you play predictably, they’ll grab you all day. Keep them guessing!
