To counter grabs in Mortal Kombat X, hit 'R1' or 'RB' (depending on your console) just as your opponent tries to grab you. Timing is everything!

From my experience, spamming low attacks can disrupt grab attempts. Trust me, it’s annoying but effective!

You can tech a grab by pressing the throw button as soon as you see the grab animation. Easy peasy!
