To counter Morrigan, focus on heroes with high burst damage that can quickly take down her minions and her. K'arkh and Jorgen work great in this regard!

Honestly, just pack a strong team and go all-out on Morrigan before she gets her minions out. Works every time for me!

Try using Celeste to counter Morrigan. Celeste's ability to switch between light and dark forms can negate Morrigan's healing and minions.
