Crafting a fishing pole in Terraria is straightforward! All you need is 8 pieces of wood and a work bench. Just stand next to the work bench, open your crafting menu, and scroll till you find the fishing pole. Click to craft it, and you're all set to go fish!

Pro tip: Skip the basic wood fishing pole. Aim for the Reinforced Fishing Pole using 8 Iron Bars or Lead Bars. It's way better and you'll thank me later when you're hauling in those big catches!

Just buy one, seriously. Save the resources for something cooler.

You actually have options! For a simple start, grab 8 wood and use a work bench like the first guy said. But if you're feeling fancy, try finding iron bars and make an Iron Fishing Rod instead. It's better and not that hard to get.

If you're a Terraria player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
