Crafting a Mechanical Worm in Terraria is pretty straightforward, but you gotta be ready to rumble with the Destroyer once it's made! You'll need 6 Rotten Chunks or 6 Vertebrae (depending on if you're in a Corruption or Crimson world), 5 Iron Bars or Lead Bars (whichever your world generates), and 7 Souls of Night. Mix all these ingredients at a Mythril or Orichalcum Anvil, and boom, you've got yourself a Mechanical Worm to summon the Destroyer. Get your weapons ready, 'cause it's gonna be a wild ride!

Just combine 6 Rotten Chunks/Vertebrae, 5 Iron/Lead Bars, and 7 Souls of Night at a Mythril/Orichalcum Anvil. Easy peasy.

Honestly, crafting a Mechanical Worm is a waste of time. Just find someone online who'll give you one or fight the Destroyer with them. Much faster and you get to the fun part without the grind.
