Crafting the Cool Whip in Terraria is pretty straightforward but you gotta prep. First, you need 18 Stingers, which you can get from hornets in the jungle. Then, grab yourself 8 Silk from the loom; gotta kill some spiders for silk or find cobwebs! Last piece of the puzzle is 1 Frost Core, which drops from the Ice Golem during a blizzard in the Ice biome. Mix them all together at a Mythril or Orichalcum Anvil, and boom, you've got yourself a Cool Whip!

Just hit the jungle hard for those Stingers, find some cobwebs for Silk, and wait for a blizzard to take down an Ice Golem for the Frost Core. Crafting station? A Mythril or Orichalcum Anvil. Done.
