You鈥檒l need to participate in Razorback Armada events to get parts for the Fluctus from the Razorback boss. Once you have all the parts, head to the Foundry to craft it!
Fluctus comes from taking out the Razorback during Razorback Armada events. Good luck!
The easiest way is to farm Razorback during the Razorback Armada event. Collect the blueprints, then craft it in the Foundry. Done and done.
Been doing this for a while, and Fluctus is definitely worth the grind. Just focus on Razorback Armada.
