Sorry to burst your bubble, but you can't craft an Obsidian Pickaxe in Terraria. You might be thinking of the Molten Pickaxe or the Obsidian Skull. The Molten Pickaxe is the one you're after if you need something to mine Hellstone. To craft it, you need to gather 20 Hellstone Bars at an Iron Anvil or Lead Anvil. First, mine Hellstone in the Underworld and combine it with Obsidian at a Hellforge to make those bars. Happy mining!
