Crafting the Panic Necklace in Terraria is a bit of a mislead, 'cause you can't really craft it. Instead, you get this nifty accessory as a drop from the Crimson Hearts in the Crimson biome. So, gear up and start smashing those hearts! Just remember, you gotta do this in a world that's got the Crimson, not the Corruption.

Actually, you can't craft the Panic Necklace, you have to farm it from the Crimson Hearts found in the Crimson biome. It's a bit of RNG fun, so keep at it and you'll snag one eventually!

You don't. The Panic Necklace isn't craftable. You find it by breaking Crimson Hearts in the Crimson area. Good luck farming!
