How to Craft the New Wisp Warframe
First, you need to defeat the Ropalolyst on Jupiter as it drops Wisp's main blueprint. Then farm the required components by completing various missions: Neuroptics from the Ropalolyst again, Systems from Rotation C of Disruption on Ganymede, and Chassis from Rotation C of Disruption on Io. Got mine by taking down the Ropalolyst on Jupiter and grinding Disruption missions for the other parts. Took some time, but worth it!
