How to Craft the Suspicious Looking Eye in Terraria
To craft the Suspicious Looking Eye and summon the almighty Eye of Cthulhu, you'll need 6 Lenses from those pesky Demon Eyes that fly around at night. Just head over to a Demon/Crimson Altar to craft it. Best to do this at night, as you wouldn't want to summon the boss in broad daylight, trust me.

Don't forget, crafting the Suspicious Looking Eye is just the beginning. Once you've got it, summoning the Eye of Cthulhu is a whole other ball game. Make sure you're well equipped with strong armor and weapons. Nighttime is the right time, or you'll have to wait till the next night if you mess up the timing.
Hot take: just find the Eye in chests or buy it from the Traveling Merchant. Crafting is overrated and a hassle. Who has the time to hunt down Demon Eyes for lenses?
