You need Bitizenship to create fully custom characters. Once you're a Bitizen, you can tweak everything from start.
I've done it a million times! When you start a new life, click on the 'God Mode' button if you have it, or go to 'Custom Life' to set everything from looks to stats. Trust me, you'll love the control.
Only God Mode? No thanks. It's the best part of the game creating random characters and seeing what happens. Save your money!
