You can use a wooden or acrylic frame to surround your Tetris lamp. Measure the dimensions of your lamp, cut the material accordingly, and assemble using glue or nails. Make sure to leave space for the power cord!

Don't overthink it. Just grab some foam board, cut it to size, and tape it together. Easy and cheap.
