To create a Lich in Warframe, you need to complete the 'War Within' quest, then get a Kuva Larvling to spawn by playing level 20+ Grineer missions. Defeat the Larvling, and voilà, you've got a new nemesis!

Complete 'War Within,' then farm level 20+ Grineer missions for a Kuva Larvling. Kill the Larvling, and congrats, you have a Lich!

I've done this dozens of times—finish the 'War Within' quest first, then head to any level 20+ Grineer mission to spawn a Kuva Larvling. Kill it to get your Lich. Happy hunting!

First, finish the 'War Within' quest. After that, run level 20+ Grineer nodes until a Kuva Larvling appears. Kill the Larvling to create your very own Lich!

Just finish the 'War Within' quest and then kill a Kuva Larvling in a level 20+ Grineer mission. Simple as that.
