Okay, so you want to run your own post-apocalyptic FedEx? Here's the quick how-to: First, you gotta have the 'Local Leader' perk which needs you to be at least level 14 and have a Charisma of 6. Once you've got that, head on over to your settlement. Find a settler you're not too attached to, coz let's face it, they're gonna be walking the wasteland. Enter the workshop mode, aim at your chosen settler, and you should see an option to 'Supply Line' (might need to hit a button or key depending on your platform). Select it, then pick the settlement you wanna connect. Bam! You've got yourself a supply line.
