Honestly, just create a Microsoft account on Xbox One and it works as an Xbox 360 account too. Super simple.

I've done this myself. All you need to do is navigate to Settings on your Xbox One, select Account, then Add New, and follow the on-screen prompts. It'll work like a charm!
