First, head to the PlayStation website and select 'Create New Account'. When asked for your region, choose Hong Kong. Then, just follow the prompts to enter your email, create a password, and provide all the necessary details!

I did this last week! Make a new account on your PS4/PS5, choose Hong Kong as your region, and you'll get access to the HK PSN Store after verifying your email.
