Been there, done that. Just get a Rename Card from the in-game store or from events. After that, go to your Inventory, use the card, and type your desired name. Boom, new identity!

Easy peasy! First, click on your Profile at the top-right corner in the main menu, then find and tap on the 'Edit' button beside your current name. Enter your new name and confirm. Voilà, new identity achieved!
