You can't actually create games directly on Xbox. You'll need a PC, Mac, or Chromebook with Roblox Studio installed to make your game. Once it's made, you can play it on your Xbox!

First-hand experience talkin' here: I tried making games on Xbox and quickly learned it's PC or bust. Xbox is great for playing though!
