Easy peasy! Just open Roblox Studio, click on 'View', then 'Toolbox', and finally go to the 'My Decals' tab. Upload your image, and voila! Instant decal!

First, create or find an image you want to use. Then, go to the Roblox website, click on 'Create' on the top menu, and select 'Decals'. Upload your image file, give it a name, and hit 'Upload'!
