You can't officially create a zombie match on the Xbox version of PUBG. Maybe they'll add it in the future!

Currently, creating a zombie match in PUBG on Xbox isn't a built-in feature like on PC or mobile. But you can join official or custom zombie matches if someone hosts them.

From my experience, you can only play zombie mode in PUBG Mobile, not on Xbox. Sucks, right? Just gotta wait and see if they update it.
