From personal experience, I find it easiest to use a third-party app to crop my video to the exact dimensions before uploading it to Instagram. Saves a ton of hassle!
Easy peasy! Just open the Instagram app, tap the '+' icon, select your video, and use the crop tool before posting. Voil脿!
Might be unpopular but I think using Instagram's tools is kinda annoying. Better off doing it on your phone's editor first.
