Crossbreeding flowers in Animal Crossing: New Horizons is like playing matchmaker for plants! First, you wanna plant your flowers in a checkerboard pattern, leaving space between them for new ones to grow. Make sure they're the same species but different colors if you're aiming for a specific hybrid. Water them every day or have a friend come over to water them too, cuz more water means more chances for hybrids. Also, keep an eye on the weather; rain counts as watering, so you might get lucky with some hybrids after a downpour!

Just plant flowers diagonally from each other and water them. No need to overcomplicate it.

Honestly, all this effort and sometimes you still don't get the flower you want. It's easier to visit someone's island who already has the hybrids and just ask if you can have some.

If you're an Animal Crossing player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Nintendo eShop gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
