Just copy the link from your original post and paste it into a new post on the page or group you want to share it with.
Open the post, click on the three-dot menu, and choose 'Share to...' then select where you want to crosspost it. Done and done.
Honestly, crossposting on Facebook is a pain. Just repost the same content manually.
