To crouch guard in Dragon Ball FighterZ, hold down-back (or the diagonal direction away from your opponent) on your control pad or joystick. It's all about that sweet defensive position!
Pull your control stick to the down-back position. Super simple, super effective.
Personal experience here: Always hold down-left or down-right (depending on which side you're on) to crouch guard. Saved me from a lot of Kamehamehas!
