To cure your alcohol addiction in Fallout 4, you need some Addictol. Just pop one and your addiction will be cured instantly. You can find Addictol scattered around the wasteland, in medical supplies, or buy it from merchants. If you have a doctor in your settlement, you can also pay them a visit and they'll cure you for a fee. Remember, the Commonwealth doesn't have AA meetings, so keep some Addictol handy!
