Easy! To cure an infection in Fallout 4, you need to use antibiotics, which you can find scattered throughout the Wasteland, buy from vendors, or craft yourself if you have the Chemist perk and are at a chemistry station. Another quick fix is to visit a doctor in any major settlement like Diamond City and pay them to heal you. If you're really in a pinch, sleeping in a clean bed for a long duration can also help combat the infection.

Just sleep it off! Seriously, find a clean bed, have a good sleep, and that should help with the infection. Not as effective as antibiotics or a doc, but it's something.

Antibiotics, period. Don't bother with anything else if you can help it. Get them, use them, infection gone. You can thank me later.

If you're a Fallout 4 player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
