In Subnautica Creative Mode, curing yourself is as easy as just pressing F3 to open the debug menu, unchecking the 'Disable Console' option, then pressing Enter to open the console and typing 'infection' to remove any infection.

From what I’ve seen, there is no need to cure anything in Creative Mode because infections don’t affect you there. Have fun!
