You can customize characters in Dragon Ball Legends by equipping them with different items and by using Z Power to unlock alternate costumes and transformations. Just head to the 'Character' menu and start getting creative!
You can't really customize characters in Dragon Ball Legends, just equip items and hope for the best.
I've been playing for a while, and the best way to customize is through character equipment and Z abilities. Play around with those!
