Just get a regular axe and hit the tree three times. Poof! It's gone.

Chopping trees in ACNH is pretty straightforward! First things first, you're gonna need an axe. Not the flimsy one, though, that'll only get you wood. You need a stone axe for partial chopping or a regular axe to completely chop down a tree. Just walk up to the tree you wanna say bye-bye to, equip your axe, and start swinging! Three hits should do the trick if you're looking to totally remove the tree. Remember, if you wanna keep the tree but relocate it, eat a piece of fruit beforehand and use a shovel instead.

Honestly, why would you want to chop down trees? They're nice. Plus, shaking them gives you stuff. Just saying.

If you're an Animal Crossing player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Nintendo eShop gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
