How to Damage Eidolon in Warframe
You gotta bring the right gear! Use an Amp from The Quills to damage the Eidolon's shields, then switch to your big guns like a sniper rifle (Rubico Prime or Lanka are favorites) to deal damage to the exposed synovia and body.

The trick is to take down its shields with an Amp, then break its joints (synovia) with high crit weapons. Rinse and repeat!
Get good with your Operator! Use your Operator's Void damage to take down the shields, then finish the rest with your Warframe's weapons.
Don't overthink it. Just shoot the glowing parts after taking down the shield. Simple but effective!
