Oh, the notorious dashboarding! Basically, it's when you exit the game before your squad is wiped or your match ends to avoid losing ranked points. But word of advice? It's frowned upon and can lead to penalties, like temporary bans or rank resets. Play fair, legends!

Don't. Just don't. It ruins the game for everyone else. Take your losses like a champ and learn from them.

As someone who's tried it (for science, of course), you hit the home button on your console or Alt+F4 on PC right before you get eliminated. But honestly, not worth it. The risk of getting penalized is real, and it's kinda against the spirit of the game.

If you're a Apex Legends player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
